Portal monetization
Monetizatiion options:
one-time payments ✅
subscriptions
Include the possibility to charge the users by monthly or yearly subscription, with recurring payments. With Stripe, that you already have integrated, do believe it might be something quite straightforward.
Pretty sure there will be a lot of people interested in this feature since currently with only the ability to set the number of uses for a fixed fee, saying it’s quite limited to monetize our tools is an understatement 😔

Hi there @Ivan @FoxyApps , regarding the new portals monetization…
Great job on the recent updates, they look fantastic!
I had a quick question: What happens when an app has "collect payments" enabled, and we also charge users for access to a portal that contains that app? Do users get charged twice—once for the portal and once for the app—or just for the portal?
Additionally, can we charge for portal access through a subscription model instead of a one-time payment? Or is the one-time payment model always required for all apps in a portal?
Lastly, is it possible to use a separate API for different portals and the apps within them? For instance, can we apply global settings, like selecting the pricing model or API key, to all apps within a portal or collection?
The reason for these requests:
We're exploring ways to offer more flexible pricing options to our users, especially for those who may prefer subscription models. Additionally, having global API settings would simplify the management process when scaling across multiple portals and apps, making it easier to streamline operations and offer consistent user experiences.
Thanks again for the great work and looking forward to hearing from you!

People are buying access to the Portal, where you select apps. So, no…they won’t be charged twice. It’s different. You either sell an app individualy or you sell “access” to all apps on Portal.
Additionally, can we charge for portal access through a subscription model?
We are working on it currently :)
Lastly, is it possible to use a separate API for different portals and the apps within them?
Yes, but you need to update apps one by one. API key management for AI models is on the app level. Not portal.
FYI: We plan to introduce pricing tiers in the future. Let me know how you would like to differentiate it. For example, we can limit the number of AI credits (usage) or restrict some Collections.

Sounds amazing.
For pricing: monthly and yearly is good.
For limits: AI Credits (Usage), Times e.g 3 usages (Usage), Collection based (restriction) are good ones!
