This is RAG.
If RAG can be incorporated along with a vector database, it would be great.

PickAxe allows the upload of 50 files x 99MB each per chatbot. This number makes sense, so please check what are they doing right so you can follow and provide reasonable limits for this feature to be useful.
They recently ran a very affordable LTD, and they can support these limits, so they might be doing or handling something differently.
