AI Knowledge by Uploaded Data

ATM can think of 2 different usages for uploading files capabilites:

1. User arrives to the website, can upload a generic file/document and then make questions about the document he has just uploaded (PDF/DOC recommend, but later on video, audio files, etc)

2. We as the app owners/creators, when building the app, upload data files about "90's Rock Music" (for example 3 or 4 PDF files). So when user arrives to the niche site/app, he will be able to ask stuff about "Rock Music from the 90's". App will provide information found in the uploaded files for that purpose.
